Film & Filmmakers: Bob Nelson May 3 after the show

Bob Nelson makes his triumphant return to The Clyde for another Film & Filmmakers event following the 7:30 show of his new movie The Confirmation on Tuesday, April 3. After being nominated for the Oscar for Best Original Screenplay for Nebraska, Bob takes up the trifecta of writing, directing, and co-producing on this father-son dramedy.

Bob will talk about the process of bringing an idea to the big screen, as well as how his expanded role in the project changed things for him. He’ll also answer questions from the crowd.

The Film & Filmmakers portion of the event will start after the movie, which runs 1 hour, 30 minutes, and is rated PG-13 for some mature thematic elements. Admission to the movie gets you in to the Film & Filmmakers event as well, and is $7, or just $5 if you’re under 17 or 65 and over.
