Hook

March 14 & 15 | Saturday & Sunday | 2 hours, 22 minutes | Rated PG |

Fresh off their run of The Neverlanders, Whidbey Children’s Theater presents Hook for two nights at The Clyde Theatre. This classic 1991 adventure follows the late, great Robin Williams as a fully-grown-up Peter coming back to Neverneverland to save his children after they’re kidnapped by Captain Hook. Peter has to remember how to fly and fight and lead the Lost Boys in time for a climactic battle with the evil Captain. Dustin Hoffman twirls his mustache as Captain Hook, Julia Roberts twinkles as Tinker Bell, and Bob Hoskins ably assists as the pirate Smee (and let’s not forget Dante Basco as the brash Rufio).

There will be two shows, Saturday at 2:00 and Sunday at 7:30, each of which will be a fundraiser for Whidbey Children’s Theater.
