Langley in the Spotlight

The first weekend in December sees Langley in full Spotlight mode. It starts with The Clyde showing the movie Spotlight Friday at 2:00 and 7:30, Saturday & Sunday at 5:00 and 7:30, and Monday at 7:30. But there’s more than that.

Robby Robinson, the leader of the Spotlight team, will be in town December 4-6. He’ll be at The Clyde after the Friday 7:30 show, answering questions about the investigation and about making the movie. And on Sunday from 7:30 to 9:30, Robinson will be at WICA for a special conversation. You can find out more about that here.

Not sure what Spotlight is? Well, the short version is that it’s the Pulitzer-prize-winning investigative team from the Boston Globe that broke the sex scandal and cover-up in the Catholic Church.
