Whidbey Climate Action presents: The Climate Restorers Film 2: Blue Carbon.
The Climate Restorers series moves beyond agriculture to carbon capturing buildings, to carbon capturing ocean changes, and to efforts to pull carbon directly from the air. The films cut through science and terminology to bring the restoration good news.
Come join us for a lively community gathering with the director John Bowey, and climate-and ecology scientist producer Phoebe Barnard at Langley’s iconic Clyde Theatre for a screening of Blue Carbon, Film 2 of The Climate Restorers. This will be followed by a Town Hall-style Q&A with the director-producers and brief update on their global broadcast. Admissions is pay-what-you-will, with proceeds going to the filmmakers.
Blue Carbon will play at The Clyde on Sunday, January 26, at 6pm.
