We’re bringing this rollicking adventure back! Emily Blunt and Dwayne Johnson headline this boatload of fun that puts them on a ramshackle riverboat heading up the Amazon in search of a tree with mythical healing properties. It’s sort of a combination of Pirates of the Caribbean, The Mummy, and the new Jumanji movies, with a little bit of African Queen, Romancing the Stone, and Indiana Jones thrown in there too. There’s great fun and jokes as they swing their way from one adventure to the next, but it’s really Blunt and Johnson who give the movie its heart and soul. They’re clearly enjoying themselves (it’s Johnson’s favorite ride, and the movie is an absolute passion project for him), and that makes the whole thing even more fun than it otherwise would be. It currently has an Audience Score of 92% on Rotten Tomatoes.
Masks will be required for all patrons and employees. All seats are temporarily $10.
